What is Reverse Transfer?

Reverse Transfer is a process through which credits that a student earns after transferring to a 4-year school may be used to fulfill the 2-year degree program requirements. Linn-Benton Community College currently has a Reverse Transfer Agreement with Oregon State University. Students who transfer from LBCC to OSU can transfer credits back to LBCC for the purpose of earning an Associate of Arts degree. LBCC evaluates the student's OSU transcripts to see if the associate's degree requirments have been met.
